Ron Paul is falling behind in the polls and in delegate counts, while other candidates surge ahead. Annoyed and frustrated I shrug and make a reference to the "Hacking Democracy" (Wiki link) documentary and give him a brief description and plot. Then I turn off the TV and leave.

How can anyone explain what is being reported and what is shown in this video?
